‘Crazy Season’ Meal Plan: 15 Min Recipes for Hectic Days
Ever thought there was a season between autumn and winter?
This is the plan for those over-scheduled days in the lead up to Christmas.
I’m calling it Crazy Season. A season where everything gets hectic and our schedules get thrown out of the window.
PS: I’ve made this meal plan as a handy PDF you can print or save for later. Scroll down to the bottom to grab the link (both 2-person and 4-person versions). If you’d like meal plans and recipes sent straight to your inbox every week, make sure you’re subscribed to Everyday, Dinner — it’s free.
3-Day Crazy Season Meal Plan + Shopping List
As Christmas gets earlier every year, our calendars get crazy, our social life gets busy and our waistlines inexplicably expand.
Along with the joy and the fun, there’s also a higher mental load and more anxiety for those of us juggling multiple responsibilities.
I do not have an answer for this.
All I can do is share with you the quick, store cupboard and freezer-friendly recipes I’m cooking right now, along with a full shopping list and a weekly meal plan.
These aren’t decadent recipes for Christmas feasts, party food for 20 or perfect gingerbread cookies. These are recipes for the in-between days, the quick tea before the Christmas concert or the day you’re left in charge while your partner is out having fun at their office Christmas do.
